3. all present and after-acquired property of THE FINANCE HOUSE (2001) LIMITED and POUTO LAKES LIMITED
   all pursuant to general security agreements dated the 31st day of October 2007; and
4. the assets and undertaking of MBF CONSTRUCTION LIMITED pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of February 2002.
