Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 22nd day of August 2013, hereby classifies the scenic reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of Barrett Domain Recreation Reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Service Centre, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and further declares that the said reserve be known as Te Wai-o-Koroiko Scenic Reserve.
