Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Declaration That the Conservation Area Become a Reserve

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further declares that the said conservation area is set apart as a reserve pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977.

Education Act 1989

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
2. This notice shall come into force on 19 September 2013.
