Notice of Amendment of Conditions Applied to Closed Burial Ground at St Paul’s Church, 100A Victoria Road, Devonport

Pursuant to section 44(1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I, Fran McGrath, Acting Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under the delegated authority of the Minister of Health, hereby amend the conditions to the closing of the denominational burial ground known as the St Paul’s Burial Ground, 100A Victoria Road, Devonport (“the ground”) set out in the Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 1891, No. 12, page 195, (“the closure notice”) as follows:

The closure notice is subject to the following amendment:

“The management and control of the ground described as Lot 2 Deposited Plan 464763 North Auckland Land Registration District is vested in the Auckland Council and remains a closed burial ground pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964.”

Appointment to the Dental Council of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health appoints

as a health practitioner member of the Dental Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
