PROPERTIES LIMITED and MAUI STREET PROPERTIES LIMITED ("the amalgamating companies") have resolved to amalgamate, with P.M.P. PROPERTIES LIMITED becoming the amalgamated (continuing) company.

Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation become those of the amalgamated company.
