Declaring Land to be Road—Makino Road, Feilding, Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Manawatu District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
