Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council (formerly the Mount Maunganui Borough Council) resolved on 30 July 2013, that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, Tauranga City Council changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (information centre and accessway) reserve to recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.

Resource Management Act 1991

Transfer of Esplanade Reserve to Hawke’s Bay Regional Council

Pursuant to section 237D(1)(a) and (b) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council, with the prior written agreement of the Hastings District Council, declares that the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is to be vested in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
