Public Notice of Entry into Possession of

Mortgaged Goods

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and
Section 109(1)(a) of the Personal Property Securities
Act 1999

To: Green Monkey Limited.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods
(“the security agreement”), pursuant to a product supply
agreement dated the 29th day of February 2012, and
the deed of amendment to product supply agreement
dated the 19th day of November 2012, over the
following mortgaged goods (“the collateral”):

Goods and packaging produced or held by Tasti
Products Limited under the product supply agreement
dated the 29th day of February 2012.

Tasti Products Limited (the mortgagee under the security
agreement), gives notice that, as at the date of this notice,
the mortgagee has taken possession of the collateral, which
is subject to the security interest that:

(a) was created or provided for in the security agreement;
and

(b) was perfected on 20 November 2012 upon registration
