Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUL FOOD TAIHAPE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wanganui, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2013 at 10.30am.

We fix Wednesday 3 October 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies, pursuant to resolutions of directors under section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2013 at 5.00pm. Simultaneously, the shareholders of TE MATA HOLDINGS 2010 LIMITED resolved to appoint Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy as liquidators of TE MATA HOLDINGS 2010 LIMITED pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators of the above-named companies fix 21 September 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
