Road to be Stopped—State Highway 60 Ruby Bay Bypass, Tasman District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice, being unformed road (and part of State Highway 60 vested in Her Majesty The Queen) on the bed of Moutere Inlet within the common coastal and marine area as defined in the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, following removal of all formed road and supporting embankments pursuant to Coastal Permit NN990523, to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 15(2) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, becomes part of the common marine and coastal area.

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1076/257, subject to part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 9023253.2;

Classification of Reserve

Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 11th day of December 2012, hereby classifies the reserve properties described in the First Schedule to this notice as a recreation reserve and the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Racecourse Road, Te Awamutu, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by council on 2 October 2012:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".
