Land Declared Road—State Highway 20 Manukau, Waterfront Road, Rimu Road, Miro Road and Hastie Avenue, Manukau, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 20 and which has the effect of adding the land in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to State Highway 20, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and vests in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
