(g) Access by Verifi Identity Services Limited staff must be restricted solely to those members of staff for whom authorised access is essential;

(h) Verifi Identity Services Limited must provide an annual report to NZ Transport Agency on Verifi Identity Services Limited’s compliance with the conditions set out in this letter by 1 October each year beginning with 1 October 2013 (this requirement may be incorporated into the company’s usual audit practices);

(i) The NZ Transport Agency may conduct an audit on Verifi Identity Services Limited access to the Motor Vehicle Register at any time;

(j) The authorisation is valid for a period of five years, commencing on 1 February 2013 until midnight on 31 January 2018; and

(k) The terms and conditions, if any, imposed by the NZ Transport Agency for access to Motor Vehicle Register information.

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Gisborne 2013, No. 1.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
