Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Kamo Bypass, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, shall form part of State Highway 1 and which further has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 1, also pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and both shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be set apart for the functioning indirectly with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
