13. Related Party Transactions
The Trust has a code of conduct and a register of interests in regard to related party transactions. The code of conduct requires Trustees and management to declare any interests in transactions that the Trust may undertake.
The following donations were made in respect of related party transactions.

Frances Russell is the Chief Executive of the Trust and also a Trustee of the New Zealand Affordable Art Trust. Frances' daughter, Carla Russell, is the executive director of the New Zealand Affordable Art Trust. She is also a Trustee of the Wellington Zoo Trust.
