Land Declared Road, Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip) and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Parton Road, Tara Road and Domain Road, Tauranga Eastern Arterial, Western Bay of Plenty District and Tauranga City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which remains vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 20, and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
