Pursuant to Section 17A of the Judicature Act 1908

John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the trusts on 19 December 2012 under section 17A of the Judicature Act 1908.

The court’s appointment of the receivers is on terms that they are empowered to exercise, in respect of the trusts, the powers conferred upon liquidators, pursuant to sections 261 to 267 inclusive and sections 273 to 274 inclusive of the Companies Act 1993, as if the trusts were a company in liquidation and the settlor and the trustees (past and present) were the directors of a company and the beneficiaries of the trusts were the shareholders of a company in liquidation.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the trusts’ assets.
