Declaration That Land is Not a Reserve and Revocation of Part of a Notice Classifying Reserves

Pursuant to section 6(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Support Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule below is not a reserve within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, pursuant to section 6(3), hereby amends the notice headed Classification of Reserve, dated the 21st day of November 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 December 1980, No. 143, page 3881, by deleting from that notice the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
