Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae, to be known as Kaitumutumu Marae, for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the Ngāti Whaawhaakia sub-tribe of the Waikato tribes.
Notice Redefining the Beneficiaries of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the persons for whom the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 February 1982, No. 18, page 530, was Nga Ariki hapū exclusively and is hereby redefined as being Ngariki (Ngā Ariki), hapū of Ngāti Hine (Ngāti Hine) tribe and Tuwhakāehu hapū.
