Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 27 July 2012, Cameron International Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of EMERALD SHORES LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 25th day of October 2011.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.

I advise that on 30 July 2012 at time, Dennis John Wood and Victoria Toon, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the business and assets of JOHN WILLIAM BURTON (“debtor”) pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 28th day of July 2011 over all of the collateral (as defined in the general security agreement) which the debtor has a right or interest in of any type and all of the debtor’s present or future rights in any collateral with all powers conferred by the general security agreement and at law.

David Donald Crichton and Craig William Melhuish, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 31 July 2012, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of USSHER HOLDINGS LIMITED (“the company”) under the powers contained in the following instruments:

(a) A general security agreement dated the 14th day of August 2008, in relation to all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights; and

(b) A specific security agreement dated the 14th day of August 2008, in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired livestock, and produce of that livestock.

David Donald Crichton and Craig William Melhuish, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 31 July 2012, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of ROBERT JAMES USSHER, SUZANNE JOY USSHER and GAVIN RICHARD USSHER (“the trustees”) held in their capacity as trustees of the ROBHAVEN FAMILY TRUST established by a trust deed dated the 5th day of August 2008 (“the trust”), pursuant to the terms of the following instruments:

(a) A specific security agreement dated the 13th day of August 2008, in relation to any shares issued by Westland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited (including its successors and assigns) to the trustees in their capacity as trustees of the trust; and

(b) A general security agreement dated the 8th day of August 2011, in relation to all present and after-acquired property held by the trustees as trustees of the trust, as well as any right of the trustees to be indemnified out of the property, or by the beneficiaries, of the trust (and any proceeds of any such indemnity).
