Declaration That the Land is Recreation Reserve and Naming Reserve—Kawakawa Hundertwasser Park Recreation Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Kawakawa Hundertwasser Park Recreation Reserve.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of an Esplanade Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council authorises the exchange of that part of the esplanade reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to the Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserves for Other Land and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Support Manager of the West Coast Conservancy revokes the notice Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserves for Other Land dated the 10th day of June 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 June 2009, No. 90, page 2062, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Support Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
