Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of rights of way. The applicants claim the rights of way are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the rights of way on 1 September 2012 if no objections have been received before that date.
Application: 9099127.1.
Applicants: John Leslie Muir and Raewyn Gail Muir, c/o Georgia Casey, Lewis Barristers & Solicitors, PO Box 529, Cambridge 3450.
Easement: Right of way over part marked "A" on DPS 49870 specified in easement certificate S526047 and right of way over part marked "A" on DPS 49870 specified in easement certificate H888719.6.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.

Notice of Claim
This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of WAIKATO DEMOLITION AND CONCRETE CRUSHING LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in October 2011):
The sum of $29,337.25 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of WAIKATO DEMOLITION AND CONCRETE CRUSHING LIMITED.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to WAIKATO DEMOLITION AND CONCRETE CRUSHING LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 30 August 2012.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
