Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 December 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Barbara Myall in respect of Playmates Nursery School Limited (70431), situated at 52 Picton Avenue, Riccarton, Christchurch.
