Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Raumanga Stream in the Raumanga No. 1 Block have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Raumanga Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.

Land Registration District: North Auckland.

Application: 8680432.3.

Applicants: Christopher Allan Cleave, Glenis Doreen Cleave and Graham Keith Green, c/o John Gilding & Associates, Solicitors, PO Box 548, Whangarei 0140.

Land Applied for: 54 square metres, shown on LT 434589, being part of the former old river bed of Raumanga Stream adjoining Lot 8 DP 18628 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA80A/542 and NA449/159, being part Raumanga No.1 Block.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 13 September 2012.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of HARBOUR TOWER LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 31 March 2006):

The sum of $5,060.03 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of HARBOUR TOWER LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to HARBOUR TOWER LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 16 August 2012.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6853791.2 (South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA31A/44 ("the mortgage"):

Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 5 July 2012.
