Interpretation Act 1999

Revocation of Vessel Monitoring Systems Circular – Notification of Port of Call (Notice No. MPI 39)

Pursuant to Regulation 4(1) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Vessel Monitoring Systems Circular – Notification of Port of Call issued on 4 February 2011* is hereby revoked.

This revocation takes effect on 13 July 2012.

The following notice is given pursuant to section 50 Public Trust Act 2001 (“the Act”).

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Public Trust Common Fund Interest Rates Notice 12 July 2012.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, the determinations and revocation in this notice take effect from and including 11 July 2012.
