Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7770169.2, certificate of title NA139C/382 (North Auckland Land Registry)
("the mortgage"):
ASB Bank Limited ("the mortgagee under the mortgage") hereby gives notice that it is deemed to be into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 5 July 2012, being the date that the High Court at Auckland made orders giving ASB Bank Limited vacant possession from 5.00pm on 19 July 2012.
The description of the land is the property known as 710 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Waiwera, Orewa, and having legal description as an estate in fee simple being certificate of title NA139C/382 (North Auckland Land Registry).
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: N. F. Moffatt).
