Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and which has the effect of adding the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 60, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
