Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7489683.4 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN973/20 ("the mortgage"),
and in the matter of Craig Derek Calver:

Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice
that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 13 March 2012.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple comprising 829 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 64 DP 19728, being the property known as 166 Wellington Road, Wainuiomata.

and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7654612.2 and mortgage variation instrument 7728966.1 (South Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):

  1. On 25 June 2012, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited ("the mortgagee" pursuant to the mortgage) entered into the mortgaged property.

  2. The mortgaged property is located at 20 Tinopai Drive, Omokoroa, Bay of Plenty, and further contained in Identifiers 366994 and 366995 (South Auckland Land Registry), being Lot 1 and Lot 2 DP 391423.

Crown Minerals Act 1991

Notice of Release of Northland 2012

Pursuant to section 24 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, the Ministry of Economic Development invites staged work programme bids for exploration permits for metallic minerals onshore in New Zealand’s Northland region.

This competitive tender is referred to as “Northland 2012”.

Further information regarding Northland 2012, including a map of the tender area, reports, and the Invitation for Bids, can be found on the New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals website:

The closing date for receipt of bids for Northland 2012 is 4.30pm on 7 December 2012.

Data packs containing geological reports, aeromagnetic and other data are available from New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals.

Before preparing and submitting a bid, bidders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with New Zealand’s legislation, regulations and policy for the allocation and administration of mineral permits, contained primarily in the Crown Minerals Act 1991, the Crown Minerals (Minerals) Regulations 2007 and the Minerals Programme for Minerals (Excluding Petroleum) 2008.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Partial Termination of Anti-dumping Duty: Wire Nails From the People’s Republic of China

Pursuant to section 14(7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), I hereby give notice that I have, with effect from the date of this notice, terminated the anti-dumping duty on the types of wire nails from the People’s Republic of China described in the First Schedule to this notice.
