Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all persons having any interest in priority to the claimant:

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to 19 July 2012.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Notice of Claim

To all creditors and claimants of LANDMARK PROPERTY LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 31 March 2006):

The sum of $5,581.99 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of LANDMARK PROPERTY LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 19 July 2012.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7583887.4 (Otago Land Registry), Identifier OT264/268 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Matthew Keith Maindonald:

Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 1 June 2012.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple containing 372 square metres, more or less, having legal description Allotment 6 Block LI Deeds Plan 52, being the property known as 57 Council Street, Dunedin.
