Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 October 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Sue Bennett in respect of Campus Creche Trust – Toddlers (34006), situated at 198 Hillcrest Road, Hillcrest, Hamilton.

Cancellation of Designation of Auditing Agency

Pursuant to section 37 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), I, Dr Don Mackie, Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Leadership, Protection and Regulation, Ministry of Health, under delegation from the Director-General of Health, cancel the designation of Bureau Veritas (New Zealand) Limited to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.
