Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage D459803.1, certificate of title NA82A/840 (North Auckland Land Registry)
("the mortgage"):

ASB Bank Limited ("the mortgagee under the mortgage")
hereby gives notice it has entered into possession of the
mortgaged land described below with effect from
April/May 2011.

The description of the land is the property known
as 408 Bawden Road, RD 2, Albany, Auckland, being
described in certificate of title NA82A/840, Lot 2
DP 138712 (North Auckland Land Registry).

The address to which communications relating to the
mortgaged land may be addressed is ASB Bank Limited,
360 Dominion Road, Auckland (Attention: Tony Mooney).

NZ Mortgages Pty Limited ("the mortgagee" under the
mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into
possession of the mortgaged land described below with
effect from 28 May 2012.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee
simple containing 253 square metres, more or less, and
having legal description Lot 1 DP 208753, being the
property situated at 3 Bicknell Road, Mangere, Auckland.
