The liquidator appointed by the special resolution of shareholders is Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, who previously had been appointed interim liquidator of the company on 11 May 2012 at 2.18pm by order of the High Court at Christchurch.

The appointment of the interim liquidator ended on 15 May 2012 at 12.11pm, when the petitioning creditor discontinued liquidation proceedings before the High Court, at which time the special resolution of shareholders came into effect.
