Pursuant to the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (Notice No. MPI 06)
This notice is published pursuant to section 77(8)(b) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (“Act”).
The schedule below sets out those matters specified in section 77(5) of the Act in respect of which final determinations for allocations of New Zealand units (“NZUs”) pursuant to section 77(7) of the Act have been made, after having received application(s) pursuant to the pre-1990 forest land allocation plan.
