TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)
AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2012
PURSUANT to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Chief Advisor, Trade Rules, Remedies and Tariffs, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.
NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2012.

Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 July 2012.

Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 8528.73.00, 9609.10.09 and 9609.90.39 and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.

Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 3213.10.00 23E, 3213.90.00 19F, 8528.72.00 13C, 8528.72.00 15K, 8528.72.00 17F, 8528.72.00 19B, 8528.72.00 21D, 8528.72.00 23L, 8528.72.00 25G, 8528.72.00 29K, 8528.72.00 31A, 8528.72.00 33H, 8528.72.00 35D, 8528.72.00 37L, 8528.72.00 41J, 8528.72.00 43E, 8528.72.00 45A, 8528.72.00 47H, 8528.72.00 49D, 8528.72.00 51F, 8528.72.00 53B, 8528.72.00 55J, 8528.72.00 57E, 8528.72.00 59A, 8528.72.00 61C, 8528.72.00 69J, 8529.90.09 01C, 8529.90.09 19F, 8529.90.11 01H and 8529.90.11 19L and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.

Statistical key structure of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key structure of Tariff item 3824.90.50 between statistical key codes 09K and 11A, and Tariff item 7215.50.20 from statistical key codes 29H to 39E and substituting the structure specified in the Third Schedule to this Notice.
