1.1(1) of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 to:
(a) reflect the commissioning of Pole 3;
(b) reflect the addition of the round power configuration of the HVDC link;
(c) reflect the decommissioning of one half pole of Pole 1 of the HVDC link;
(d) remove references to the "Bipole" (consisting of Pole 1 and Pole 2) and the "Pole One only, both half poles" configurations that are no longer offered;
(e) correct historical errors and delete redundant information in the definition of "at risk HVDC transfer"; and
(f) correct typographical inconsistencies in the references to Pole 1 and Pole 2.

The amendment inserts "round power" as a new definition in clause 1.1(1) of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.

In accordance with section 39(3)(a) of the Act, the Authority is satisfied that the amendment is technical and non-controversial, and therefore the Authority has not prepared and publicised a regulatory statement or consulted on the amendment and the regulatory statement.
