Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999
(Notice No. MPI 03)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act
1999, notice is given of the issue on 11 May 2012 of the
Animal Products (Overseas Market Access Requirements
for Halal Assurances) Notice 2012 which comes into force
on 18 June 2012 except for clause 21(3) of this notice
which comes into force on 1 December 2012.
