Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 October 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Early Years Kaiwharawhara Infants (50072), situated at 172 Hutt Road, Kaiwharawhara, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
