Classification of Reserves—Lower Hutt City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, following a resolution dated the 13th day of December 2011, hereby gives notice that all such land described in the Schedules are classified as reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as follows:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
