Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a).

Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators do not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed a resolution to that effect.
