section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, hereby revoke the Proclamation declaring Whale Island in the Bay of Plenty to be a wildlife refuge, made on 6 September 1965 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 September 1965, No. 50, page 1494, and declare that this Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 16th day of April 2012.

Issued Accounting Standard: Government Loans (Amendments to NZ IFRS) (Notice No. 13)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 31 of the Financial Reporting Act 1993, that the New Zealand Accounting Standards Board of the External Reporting Board (XRB) has issued Government Loans (Amendments to NZ IFRS).
Government Loans (Amendments to NZ IFRS):
- applies to all for-profit reporting entities and groups, other than where expressly exempted by its terms, the terms of any other approved accounting standard or by law;
- applies to annual periods beginning on or after 1 January 2013; and
- is a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
Copies of the standard may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the External Reporting Board, Level 7, 50 Manners Street, Wellington.
Copies are also available on the XRB’s website at www.xrb.govt.nz
