Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005
Notice of End of Process for Making and Determining Victims’ Claims
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 (subpart 2) of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (“the Act”), compensation awarded to Tiana Jacqueline Condon was paid to the Secretary for Justice on 5 August 2011, and the surplus was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on 16 September 2011 on behalf of Tiana Jacqueline Condon to enable any victims of that offender to make claims against it.
And that on 24 September 2011, notice was given by publication in the daily newspapers in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, and on 20 September 2011 on the website of the Ministry of Justice, of the sum of money paid into the trust account, and the entitlement of victims of the offender to claim against this money and the manner to do so.
Under section 32(1)(b) of the Act, the Secretary for Justice has now paid out all of the money held in the trust account on behalf of Tiana Jacqueline Condon.

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 (subpart 2) of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (“the Act”), compensation awarded to Jamie Robert Cooke was paid to the Secretary for Justice on 5 August 2011, and the surplus was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on 16 September 2011 on behalf of Jamie Robert Cooke to enable any victims of that offender to make claims against it.
And that on 24 September 2011, notice was given by publication in the daily newspapers in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, and on 20 September 2011 on the website of the Ministry of Justice, of the sum of money paid into the trust account, and the entitlement of victims of the offender to claim against this money and the manner to do so.
Under section 32(1)(b) of the Act, the Secretary for Justice has now paid out all of the money held in the trust account on behalf of Jamie Robert Cooke.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Nathan Maikara Szaszy is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice, and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Nathan Maikara Szaszy.
And that on 6 April 2012, $4,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Nathan Maikara Szaszy.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Nathan Maikara Szaszy to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Nathan Maikara Szaszy, in respect of an offence for which Nathan Maikara Szaszy was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Nathan Maikara Szaszy.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Maree Dawn Guest is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice, and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Maree Dawn Guest.
And that on 6 April 2012, $25,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Maree Dawn Guest.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Maree Dawn Guest to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Maree Dawn Guest, in respect of an offence for which Maree Dawn Guest was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Maree Dawn Guest.
