This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of FOX I.T. CONSULTANCY LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in April 2003):

The sum of $8,359.29 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of FOX I.T. CONSULTANCY LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 17 May 2012.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Westpac New Zealand Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 4 April 2012, it entered into possession of the property subject to a security agreement dated the 11th day of March 2003.

An 8.8m Luxury Motor Boat (known as “Calandra”).

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6024055.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA96A/354 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Gillion Investments Limited (Company No.: 1153444):
