Land Declared Road, Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road (Walkway), and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Dominion Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 20 and vests in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20(1), acquires the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice for use in connection with a road (walkway) and vests in Auckland Council;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA94D/447, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage C530854.8 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
