Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (the general security agreement dated the 20th day of May 2005) (“the security agreement”) over the following mortgaged goods (“the collateral”):

All chattels and inventory of Aotearoa Resorts Limited (in liquidation) that are currently leased to Whitcomb Holdings Limited (by an Agreement to Lease dated the 26th day of August 2010), full details of which are available on request from the mortgagee’s solicitors.

Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2012, South Canterbury Finance Limited (in receivership) (formerly Palmerston North Finance Limited) (“the mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Aotearoa Resorts Limited (in liquidation), to remedy a default notice served on 29 April 2010.

The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
