Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage D628123.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA103C/314 ("the mortgage"), and in the matter of Shaune Lindsay John Malloch and Elspeth Abigail Brett:

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Aranui High School (323)
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Aranui High School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2010, No. 76, page 2119) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Climate Change Response Act 2002
Notification of Intention Regarding New Zealand Units
Pursuant to section 69(1)(a) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 ("the Act"), this notice sets out the Crownβs intentions to issue and allocate New Zealand Units (NZUs) under the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme for the five-year period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2017.
The Crown intends to issue 225 million NZUs for allocation and removal activities during this five-year period.
The Crown intends to issue all of these units into the Crown holding account on 1 January 2013.
The Crown will allocate some of these units each year in response to eligible applications under the Act.
Industrial and agricultural activities apply for allocations by 30 April each year the application covers, with NZUs allocated as soon as practicable after the application has been completed.
