Declaration That the Land is Recreation Reserve and Naming Reserve—Kawakawa Hundertwasser Park Recreation Reserve
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the resolution passed on 26 January 2012:
“That under section 14 of the Act the Far North District Council resolved to declare those pieces of land held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be recreation reserve, and that the reserve be known as Kawakawa Hundertwasser Park Recreation Reserve.”

Cancellation of Vesting and Vesting in a New Administering Body
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Ngāti Porou Hauora Incorporated, and vests the local purpose (community health) reserve described in the Schedule in Ngāti Porou Hauora Charitable Trust Board, in trust, for the purpose specified.
