The owners of land adjoining the bank of the Waiareka Creek in the District of Waitaki have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Waiareka Creek under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Registration District: Otago.

Application: 8990148.1.

Applicants: James Ross Mitchell and Ainslie Marguerite Mitchell, c/o Dean & Associates, Solicitors, PO Box 242, Oamaru 9444.

Description: Part of the former bed of the Waiareka Creek as shown on LT 434812 adjoining Lot 2 DP 300248 and Section 2 of Section 20 Block III Oamaru Survey District comprised in Computer Freehold Register 1915 and Section 67 Block XI Oamaru Survey District comprised in Computer Freehold Register 546015 in the District of Waitaki.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 23 April 2012.
