Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary–Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 2) 2012

Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary–Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 2) 2012.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Recognised Lead Providers—The following school boards of trustees, industry training organisations, Government training establishments and institutions are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:

(a) Manurewa High School Board of Trustees, Auckland

(b) National Trade Academy Limited, Canterbury

(c) Otago Polytechnic (Cromwell Campus), Central Otago

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Paki Paki School (2637)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Paki Paki School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 September 2006, No. 107, page 3184) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Glenmoor School (3350)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Glenmoor School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 February 2010, No. 22, page 503) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.

Boards of Trustees Responsibilities Under the Property Occupancy Document

Pursuant to section 70 of the Education Act 1989, acting under a delegation from the Secretary for Education, I hereby give notice that the terms and conditions for boards of all State schools occupying land and buildings are specified in the form of a Property Occupancy Document.

The Property Occupancy Document is notified to all State schools on the Ministry of Education’s website.

Any prior Property Occupancy Documents issued to boards are hereby revoked.

This notice shall take effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 May 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to David Shepherd in respect of Capital Montessori School – Fernlea (60179), situated at 14 Camrose Grove, Kingston, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 December 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Bertha Porter in respect of Te Whare Reo Rua O Kaitaia (10413), situated at 20 Empire Street, Kaitaia.
