Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the New Plymouth District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Tongariro Whanganui Taranaki Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the New Plymouth District Council in trust for that purpose.

Vesting a Reserve in the Manawatu–Wanganui Regional Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Manawatu–Wanganui Regional Council in trust for scenic purposes, under section 19(1)(a) of the Act, providing the Crown reserves the right to cancel the vesting of the reserve, in whole or in part, if or when the reserve is required for Treaty of Waitangi settlement purposes.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Osteopathic Council (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2012

Pursuant to Part 6, sections 130 and 131 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic Council (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2012.

   (2) This notice comes into force on 16 February 2012 and applies to the fees and disciplinary levy payable in respect of applications for the practising year commencing 1 April 2012.

   (3) This notice revokes all previous Osteopathic Council fees and disciplinary levy notices.
