Road Realignment—Ngutunui Road, Otorohanga District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved to the Crown by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA47A/885.

Road Realignment—State Highway 60 Ruby Bay Bypass, Tasman District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and which has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 60, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown;
(d) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(e) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
