Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the Agriculture Industry Training Organisation Incorporated has been granted for a period of five years, from the date of this notice, to set standards at Levels 1–8 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the equine industry, incorporating the:

• thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing sectors, including administrative servicing, racing broadcasting and programming, race day and TAB operations; and
• other sectors include the breeding of greyhounds and horses, equestrian sports and recreation, racecourse maintenance and farrier servicing.
